The new edition of "The numbers of cancer in Italy 2022", the report born from the collaboration between the Italian Association of Medical Oncology (AIOM), the Italian Association of Cancer Registries (AIRTum), the AIOM Foundation, the Observatory National Screening (ONS), PASSI (Progress of Healthcare Companies for Health in Italy), PASSI d'Argento and the Italian Society of Pathological Anatomy and Diagnostic Cytology (SIAPEC-IAP), has been presented.

The publication represents a support of great value for the National Health Service, for the Ministry of Health and for cancer patients, united in pursuing the best practices of prevention, treatment and assistance.
