Launched by the Authority for the protection of the personal data of the new guideline on electronic patient dossier.
Dual objective of the measure: on the one hand, greater protection of patient data, more transparency and obligation for health facilities to immediately notify the Authority of the so-called data breach (breaches or cyber incidents as attacks, unauthorized access, actions of malware, loss, theft), which can have a significant impact on the data itself; other: define a single frame of reference for the proper treatment of the data collected in the dossier, which is already established or intend to establish, as part of public health facilities and private.
